The kitchen team of 9 pride themselves in using the best freshest local ingredients and working with suppliers who adhere to similar ethos


We are looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our stable team under Head Chef Ross Stovold. You will preferably have some experience at rosette level and be looking to advance your career in a high class kitchen. There are plenty of opportunities for the right candidate to advance within the company.
This is a very high profile establishment and a great place to live and work, particularly for those who like the outdoors.
Working in a very stable environment.
Salary 22K plus share of gratuities tronc and accommodation available for £55 per week and 28 days paid holiday per annum of Eriska Restaurant Food
